The industrial design is one of the main activity of INGEO. The fields in which the company operates are 3D modeling, product design, reverse engineering and rapid prototyping.
Using a special 3D software, INGEO can participate in different industrial design stages and solve the most common design problems.

INGEO collaborates with some leading Italian industry supporting the implementation of new ideas and revision of its products.
INGEO also gives companies an important technical support information regarding CAD, structural analysis, finite element analysis (FEM), rapid prototyping and other activities related to the field of design and products engineering.

The representation of the project by means of 2D and 3D models increase the technical, aesthetic and functional performance of the product.

The cooperation with BRUNO + PARTNERS allowed to do an important project (still ongoing and that will end in mid-2011) of ATM and coordinated by ANSALDO BREDA about revamping of the TRAM 4900:

Another important collaboration concerning Industrial design is with F.lli GUAZZONI. INGEO develops 3D IGES drawings that are used by WATER JET cutting highly complex geometries. The two figures below are just some of many examples of 3D drawings that INGEO has developed, starting from two-dimensional concepts DXF / DWG for the field of turbine blades for power generation.
